Glenbrae Celtic Dancers
a celtic dance community
History
In September of 1989, Bernadette and Carmel Williams, along with their parents Patricia and Lionel established the Glen Waverley Highland Dancing Society, now known as the Glenbrae Celtic Dancers. From humble beginnings in the family home garage, Glenbrae has continued to grow and now holds classes throughout the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria. In 2005 Glenbrae Highland Dancing Society had a name change so as to better identify themselves to the community. Their dancers at that time were based in many suburbs of Melbourne and Geelong.
